Prices, payment estimates, and rent-to-own calculations shown on the Site (including any payment calculator) are estimates for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing, terms, and availability are confirmed in your written order or agreement. We are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions.
Some orders require a deposit to be scheduled or confirmed. Online deposits and payments are processed through PayPal. By placing a deposit or payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Deposit and refund terms are set out in your specific order or purchase agreement.
Rent-to-own and financing options may be offered through third-party providers and manufacturers. Those programs are governed by separate agreements between you and the provider. We are not a lender and do not provide credit or financing directly. Approval, terms, monthly payments, and ownership conditions are determined solely by the applicable third-party provider.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are responsible for providing safe and adequate access to the delivery and installation site, ensuring the site is level and prepared, and obtaining any required permits, zoning approvals, or homeowners' association consents. Delivery and installation timeframes are estimates and may be affected by weather, supply, and other factors outside our control.
Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties, which are provided directly by the manufacturer and subject to their terms. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement or manufacturer warranty, products and services are provided "as is," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Florida Building Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Site, our products, or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
